1. To increase sales of pouring sealant in China in line with Business Plan objectives.
2. To identify the supply channels for these products, including distribution and "direct to end users" supply routes, and provide recommendations for the optimum channels to be used.
3. To assist management in developing a sales forecast and marketing plan for our products based on information gathered in (2)
4. To assist management team in developing a market strategy, long term business growth plan and sales tactics.
5. To increase the name recognition and sales potential of our products throughout China.
6. Provide customer services to customers, identify and maintain value proposition.
1. At least 3 years work experience in pouring sealant industry
2. Good knowledge of pouring sealant products and processes.
3. Quick learner, diligent and responsible
4. Able to work individually and a team work
